California Consumer 隐私 Act (CCPA)

This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the Farm Credit of the Virginias, ACA 隐私政策 and applies solely to visitors, 用户, and others who are residents of the State of California pursuant to Section 17014 of Title 18 of the California Code of Regulations (“consumers” or “you”).   • Publicly available information from government records.
  • De-identified or aggregated consumer information.
  • Information excluded from the CCPA's scope, like:

Sharing Personal Information

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

Deletion Request Rights

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

  7. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
  8. Comply with a present or potential legal obligation.
  9. Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or 数据可移植性 twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

Response Timing and Format

Pursuant to the CCPA we will attempt to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), 我们将以书面形式告知您延期的原因和期限.
